My order has arrived damaged what should i do?

Please email homearomasnewcastle@hotmail.com to request a return/refund form. Once you have filled in all information required on the form please send it to us with photos of any damaged goods. Please note we only offer returns and refunds on DAMAGED and UNUSABLE products within your parcel. We do not accept refunds for damaged outer packaging that does not affect the products inside. 

 

My parcel has not arrived on expected due date

Sometimes couriers experience delays that cant be helped but this can be frustrating when your waiting on your home aromas delivery! If you ever need to chase up your delivery you must contact the courier service your parcel is coming with and they can then advise you with next steps. 

I didn’t collect my parcel on time now it’s being returned to you - can I have this re sent to me?

It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up your parcel from your chosen location on time to avoid any returns. We are always happy to re send your parcel once it is returned successfully to us in original condition however postage charges would occur. Please note if you no longer want this parcel re delivered you will receive a full refund on your items if returned to us with postage charges deducted. 

Where do you offer local delivery to? 

We cover the following post codes for our local delivery service if your are not within these post codes you would need to choose the shipping option at checkout.  NE28, NE6, NE7, NE4, NE5, NE15, NE27, NE29, NE30, NE3, NE10, NE12 


I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3 working days for dispatch. Please note in busier times we may exceed 3 working days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? 
We do not offer returns on our products


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at homearomasnewcastle@hotmail.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. We are not held responsible for your order once dispatched and we have not been informed of an incorrect address however we will assist you with tracking down your parcel.

How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched parcels are delivered usually within 1-3 working days.
