Refund policy

We only refund for any damages within your order this can be processed by completing our returns form and providing photos of any issues you have experienced. Instructions for dealing with receiving a damaged item can be found on our FAQ page.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item has defects, is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any item without defects and damage.
